Michael Hanley MIIRSM, CIWFM, ACIOB – Director
Michael has a wealth of experience spanning 25 years as a Senior Manager within the Construction and Facilities Sectors. One area of his expertise is Health and Safety within the Workplace and 1998 he was a named member of a team that won the ROSPA Gold Award. His wide range of experience has seen him provide support to a number of blue chip organisations working within a number of industries including Transport, Hoteliers, Insurance, Petrochemical and Theatre.
His skill base includes acting as the Client Representative, developing workplace strategies and property management. Michael has also undergone training in fire safety and is fully competent in carrying out fire risk assessments of client premises.
Paul Chatley – Finance & QA Manager
Joining New Level Safety in 2005 after a long and successful Management career with BT Paul provides the support mechanism across the entire business and provides Finance across the whole group as well as Quality Management for New Level Safety. He is also responsible for phones and IT across the group. Paul is qualified as an ISO 9000 assessor and maintains documentation for the company.
Pete Fisher FIIRSM – Consultant
Pete is a Fellow of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management and has over 30 years experience in health and safety; both in the public and private sector.
He has carried out health and safety compliance audits against international or client-based standards in the UK, Europe and the Far East. He has also worked with developing and implementing Health and Safety Management Systems for clients operating multiple offices, across Europe and the Asia Pacific Region.
Pete has written bespoke training courses for clients and edited eLearning courses adapted for global use.
Michael Tapley DipOSH, CMIOSH
Mick has many years of experience as a Senior Manager within the Newspaper Industry. He ran several production sites at director level then moved into the commercial operational side, where he was responsible for the running of various newspaper titles over an 18 year period. He has experience of working and communicating with all levels of staff and management.
He became involved in health & safety over 10 years ago as part of his responsibilities within the newspaper industry. His skill base includes general health & safety implementation, auditing and negotiation. He has achieved the British Safety Council Health & Safety Level VI Diploma, NVQ4 Preparing to Teach in the Life Long Learning Sector.
Mick Bradley
Mick has over 10 years of experience in corporate space planning and workplace design, providing consultation in a wide range of sectors from communications, marketing, transport and finance to not for profit and charity organisations such as Cancer Research UK. He has excellent skills in space usage analysis and strategic planning and a broad knowledge of furniture solutions to help with finding the best layout for a new property or better utilisation of existing space.
